Chris Harvey
is Darren’s mentor and life coach; if it wasn’t for Chris then Darren
would still be stuck in the wicked world of employment and regretting
not being able to offer his wealth of talent to the wider world.
With many years training and sales experience, mostly from the harsh
world of retail car sales, there isn’t a room full of sales people that
Chris isn’t able to train into lean mean fighting selling machines!
Orsi Vilaghy
is the Commercial Director and also the senior training co-ordinator.
She has over seven years selling experience within the
financial services sector and is trained in the ways of the Jedi knights
and the arts of
Telemarketing.
Being Hungarian also helps grab the attention of potential
buyers on the telephone and helps to keep everyone awake with her own
style of training and humour!
Darren Hayday
as previously mentioned
is the ring leader and the main person responsible for the rabble.
His skin is as thick as a charging rhino and he feels let
down if he doesn’t get his fix of people hanging up on him in the day to
day battle of cold calling. Some say that Darren doesn’t have a soul and
he sold it to the devil in exchange for his
handsome good looks, wit,
charm and wonderful sense of humour (OK, OK – only Darren said it..!!)
We
also use a range of Associates that enhance our product range and
service offering like in a way that you can not imagine.
Until we grow as a business, EFI employ the services of self employed
individuals and experienced telemarketing companies that are quality
checked to an extremely high standard which work as our extended team
and which make up the rest of the band of merry men (and women!) We also
have relationships with very large and respected call centres so that we
can offer the larger campaign with ease as we could with the smaller
ones. |
